Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie

I was very excited to jump onto the Gabby’s Dollhouse Movie crew and make a transfixing informercial/commercial of sorts for Kristen Wiig’s character, Vera. Vera has an amazing idea of sparkly kitty litter and she has high end tastes. This is her chance to show off her genius.

Kristen was filmed on a white backdrop and I was asked to embellish it. One of my pitches was a high end sparkly bokeh feel. We moved forward with that and I embellished their work with some odd compositing and particle generation.

Also, I got to animate some fun title cards made by the film’s Production Designer, Marcelo Vignali. Some flash when Vera appears onscreen for the first time.
